REGLAS DE SOLEA BEACH HOUSE

1. ⁠⁠Adhere to the check-in and check-out times. Check in 3:00 pm / Check out 1:00pm.
2. ⁠⁠Pets are allowed with a $50.00USD deposit per pet. Maximum of two dogs.
3. ⁠Turn off the AC when you go out or when spending time outdoors.
4. ⁠Be vigilant of your kids at the pool and at the beach.
5. Use white towels for the shower and blue towels for the beach.

7. ⁠Don’t use glass by the pool. Use the plastic, colored ones for drinks in the pool area.
8. No parties or events allowed, unless approved by the administration and for an added fee.
9. ⁠No smoking indoors. Use the designated outdoor areas and ashtrays provided.
10. Don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
11. No loud music past 10:00pm. Please be mindful of our neighbors.
12. No unregistered guests allowed. This includes guests of all ages.
13. Take care of all furnishings. Any damages will be accessed and the respective charge will be applied.
14. Don’t rearrange the furniture or kitchen cupboards.
15. Es tu responsabilidad la limpieza de los artículos de cocina. Si deseas servicio de limpieza, lo puede solicitar por un cargo adicional.
16. Do not bring any drugs or other illegal substances onto the property.
17. Take care of your keys. A replacement fee of $10.00USD per key will apply.
18. To avoid accidents, do not enter the house wet or running, you can slide.
19. Please be nice to our home caretakers.
